Sydney is home to some of the least affordable housing in the world, placing immense pressure particularly on young people looking to break into the market. Fortunately, the current government is taking decisive steps to tackle this issue head-on. In a presentation to the Centre for Independent Studies (CIS) audience, NSW Treasurer Daniel Mookhey outlined the state government’s plan for housing reform.

NSW has done more than any state to get the administrative system working to support housing supply growth. This video delves into the key reforms and initiatives the government is prioritising to address the state’s housing affordability crisis.
