Dr Sara Ratner is an educator and academic at the University of Oxford’s Department of Education. She has also been elected to Kellogg College, Oxford as a research fellow. Sara recently completed her PhD at the University of Sydney’s Centre for Educational Measurement and Assessment (CEMA) on a full scholarship from the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). Her research interests are situated where education, policy, assessment and technology meet. Sara is passionate about enabling equitable access to quality education for all through ethical, human-centred technologies.
