Blaise Joseph

Blaise Joseph is a qualified secondary school teacher with experience in education research, policy, and systems. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and economics, a Master of Teaching from the University of New South Wales, and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from New York University.

Blaise worked at the Centre for Independent Studies from 2017 to 2020, including with Jennifer Buckingham, before moving to New York to complete his doctoral studies. His research interests focus on education policy and governance and align closely with ENSSA’s work and CIS’s broader education agenda.
